Return / Refund / Warranty Policy
**Return Policy:**
- Used Alpha II, Beta, and Beta Mini Devices:
- Used devices are non-refundable.
- Opened and used ultrasonic tips, gutta percha, Alpha II pluggers, Beta needles, and any other B&L product are non-refundable.
- Timeframe for Refunds:
- All items, regardless of seal status, are ineligible for refund or exchange after 45 days from the purchase date.
- Within 30 Days of Purchase:
- Unopened items in original packaging: 100% refundable (excluding shipping charges).
- Opened but unused Alpha II, Beta units, and microsurgery kits: Refundable with an 18% restocking fee.
- Slightly to moderately used Alpha II and Beta units: Not refundable.
- After 30 Days/Within 45 Days of Purchase:
- Unopened items in original packaging: Eligible for exchange or store credit (excluding shipping charges).
- Alpha II & Beta units and microsurgery kits: Not eligible for exchange or refund.
- Opened products: Not eligible for exchange or refund, regardless of purchase date.
5. Refunds/exchanges will not be processed until the items are received by the office.**Warranty:**
- Alpha II, Beta, and Beta Mini Devices:
- Damage to these devices is covered by warranty for one year from the initial purchase date.
- 3 month warranty for repair parts
- Other B&L Products:
- Covered by warranty for three months from the initial purchase date. Damaged items are subject to warranty terms.
**Shipping Responsibility:**
- Once packages are shipped from our office, they are handled by a third party.
- Customers should contact UPS or USPS for shipping inquiries.
- Partial refunds may apply for delayed delivery (up to 50%) caused by carriers or inclement weather.
