Repair Process

 

STEP 1: Please download the RMA form and send in with your repair to our office.

**RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) # means the date you are shipping out your unit. Please write down the date. EX) 09032023**

STEP 2: B&L Biotech, Inc. ATTN: REPAIRS 3959 Pender Drive Suite 350 Fairfax, VA 22030

STEP 3: Once we receive your repair, our repair team will take a look at the device. Then one of our representatives will be contacting you with a repair evaluation

STEP 4: You Approve or Decline the Repair - Please note that all declined non-warranty repairs will be charged a $30.00 checking fee.

STEP 5: We will process your repair and ship it back to you !
